Reflective Writing
During the last 7 weeks our group consisting of Josh, Nick and Jackson has been working on a short video which shows the reactions and consequences of cyber bullying over the internet.
This task took so long because of a couple of factors. One of these factors was the holidays, because we had to put all our ideas on hold for the holidays and as such were unable to progress on our action plan, which wasn’t very convenient. Another factor was the School production of Les’miserables, as one of our team members was busy helping with the production. This was unfortunate as he was the main “star” of the video, however we overcame these factors, and finished our video on time.
We used Windows Movie Maker to establish our video and audio into a short clip to be viewed by teenage students. The process was fairly straight forward but we did encounter some difficulties in converting video files to Windows, and also the introduction to the movie was distorted, and we couldn’t fix it.
We believe that Improvements could have made to the video would have been to better portray the point we were trying to make. We would of also liked to have more time to fine tune the video and incorporate comedy into the film to better capture the viewers attention.
The video we made was based on cyber bullying. We portrayed cyber bullying in our video by giving a description of cyber bullying. We then gave an example of cyber bullying, through emails which we then showed the effects of cyber bullying. We showed a serious consequence of the issue, and how you can overcome it.
We believe that overall we achieved all of the goals we set out to do. We made it informative, we made it interesting to watch and we explained the issues of cyber bullying to a reasonable extent. We hope that viewers will get information about the consequences and the effects of cyber bullying after watching this movie

But some moments were REALLY corny.
