Everything happens for a reason?

Do you believe everything happens for a reason? It is like when something bad happens, even though it seems really bad at the time, you then find that if that bad event hadn't occured then something wonderful that has now come into your life would have never happened if that bad event never happened... confusing i know but I would like to hear other peoples thoughts on that... do you believe everything happens for a reason???

Yes. I believe that everything, no matter how weird, or terrible it seems, has a reason for why it happened. There's always atleast A reason for something, whether it's good or bad. Sometimes the reason is something that seemed really minor at the time, but it comes back in ways you never thought about. I know that didn't really make alot of sense and it might have made the whole topic even more confusing. Please forgive me if I sound like some crazy hippy.

I do not know if I would say that everything happens for a particular reason..but i most definitely believe that everything will work out the way it is supposed to in the end..no matter what the circumstances are..
