Digital Citizenship for Teenagers
Al Upton.
Al Upton is a teacher from Australia. He taught his 8 and 9 year old students how to blog on the internet. The student's parents found out and eventually got the government on Al! He went through hours and hours in court for just teaching students to blog! He didn't get jail time, but he had to erase all of the blogs. Do you think it was right of the Australian government to make Al erase all of the blogs?

Of course not! He was teaching the kids useful skills. Maybe he could hav gotten permission off the parents first but he wasn't putting the kids in danger. At our school we have to have our parents permission before we make one,
